No Time to Wait 10: More than just presentations!

Tom Lorenz (Cube-Tec) recently attended No Time to Wait 10, hosted by FINA (National Film Archive - Audiovisual Institute) in Warsaw, Poland.
The conference brought together professionals from across the audiovisual preservation community, with a programme featuring a wide range of technical presentations, discussions and guided tours.

The tours offered a closer look at FINA's work, including film identification, conservation and scanning at the film archive, as well as film scanning and digital restoration workflows at the main location.

Beyond the technical programme, the event provided opportunities to exchange experiences, discuss common challenges and connect with colleagues working in audiovisual preservation.

A special thank you to FINA and the No Time to Wait organising team for putting together such a well-organised event! From the technical programme to the guided tours and the smoothly arranged transport between locations, everything was thoughtfully coordinated and made it easy for participants to take part.
