Cube-Tec unveil QUADRIGA QUADscan first day at IBC on Friday 13th at 13:13

QUADscan is the brand new migration solution for the digitising of large collections of 35 and 16mm film. With a central focus on quality-control it enables a new factory digitisation process for archival film. The main purpose is the inspection of large film collections still stored on shelve and the high-speed generation of 2k/HD access copies.

QUADscan can digitise with up to four-times faster than real-time and one scanning operator can control up to four film scanners at once. This raises film scanning to a real QUADRIGA level. QUADRIGA’s Auto QC enables the precise detection and documentation of scanning issues on the fly.

Calibration-Inspector for Film examines the actual condition of the film scanner hardware, by automatic analysing the measurement pattern on the Cube-Tec test film.
