Tape-Module

The Tape-Module is designed for capturing from analog tape machines, with optimized support for:

• Studer A-807
• Studer A-810
• Studer A-812
• Studer A-816
• Studer A-820

Using Cube-Tec's Advanced Opto-Sensor Option, the physical condition of the tape itself is also monitored and logged (bad splices, torn tape, separation tape).

Like every QUADRIGA Import-Module, when used in combination with Audiofile-Inspector, the Tape-Module supports real-time audio analysis and error report generation. This allows for automatic measurement/detection of bandwidth, signal-to-noise ratio, dropouts, hum and azimuth/phase problems plus many, many more.
