Compatibility
Is the BWF output of Import Module 2.0 compatible to older modules?
Yes, absolutely.
Minimum System Requirements
Software
QUADRIGA ImportModules 2.0 require either Win2K or WinXP. They will not run under Windows NT4.
Hardware
MachineControl interface is required for simultaneous recording.
System CPU requirements for ImportModules 2.0 are dependent upon the number of input streams being analysed simultaneously.
TroubleShooting
I get an error message "No valid license found for 'ImportModules'"
ImportModules requires a valid license file to be installed when initializing. This error message may occur due to the following possibilities:
- the license file is damaged/missing
- the dongle is missing/not installed
I cannot gain remote control of my device
Please check the following points:
- The correct remote setting has been selected (see Modules/Devices)
- The remote device is switched on, and is working properly.
The Quadriga ImportModules can't lock onto an incoming Sync Signal.
There are several different reasons why this may happen:
- The cables connecting your equipment may be damaged
- The machines are working at different Sampling Frequencies
The external wave view (Import Module 2.0) is irregular.
Set the graphic card settings according to the installation guide.
