System Rquirements

Hardware

The DAT - Inspector requires the AudioCube Mark III or the Dell D650 workstation with a 24 channel sound system and the Cube I/O Breakout Box 16.

Additionally an external Word clock Master and one to four A/D converters (44.1 / 48 kHz) are required.

Extensions

Beside the recognition of digital errors reported by the error correction of the drive a second monitoring stage might be desirable to check the actual audio content that has been captured.

By integrating our well-known Audiofile-Inspector and Digital Error Checker within our Audiofile-Inspector software you could automatically check the quality of the audio stream and even detect modulation start and modulation end.
